Take the B3277 turn to St Agnes from the Chiverton roundabout on the A30. (The A30 continues on from the M5).

Through the one way system past the Church and down Town Hill.. At the bottom turn sharp left by the 'Peterville Inn', signposted 'To the Beach' and 'Trevaunance Cove'.

Down Quay Road, past the 'Driftwood Spars' and just before the beach car park take the private road on the left, signposted 'No Through Road'.

Trevaunance Point House is the second of just three houses on the right, overlooking the Beach & Cove with a large car park at the rear.
